1. BOOKING POLICY

Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment verification.

2. NO RESCHEDULE / NO CANCELLATION POLICY

All confirmed and paid bookings are FINAL.

Strictly no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds under any circumstance.

3. COURT ACCESS FEE

A ₱50.00 court access fee per person applies to every person entering the facility, including players and non-players, and is included in your online total based on the number of players/non-players entered at booking. Our staff will verify the actual headcount upon arrival; any difference will be adjusted accordingly.

4. COURT RULES

Proper court attire is required at all times.

Recommended maximum of 8–12 players per court.

Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

5. WEATHER POLICY

In case of unsafe playing conditions (e.g., heavy rain), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded.

6. LIABILITY

Players participate at their own risk.

By booking, all players agree to these terms and conditions.

Racquet Up and PicklePlay are not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

Any damage to court facilities caused by players will be charged accordingly.
